I’m Bart Peeters, and I’m delighted to share my insights with you here on my personal blog: Broad-Cloud.NL.
I’m currently a Solutions Architect at VMware by Broadcom, based in the Netherlands. My primary focus is on VMware Cloud Foundation (VCF), the platform that powers the Software-Defined Data Center (SDDC) to deliver a true Private Cloud Experience. This includes core components like vSphere, vSan, NSX, and the management and automation capabilities of VCF Operations and VCF Automation.
With a strong background as a Technical Consultant, I possess extensive expertise in a wide array of VMware DataCenter Solutions, particularly vSphere, vSan, and NSX. My knowledge also spans associated platform technologies, including Cisco UCS/HPE (Compute), NetApp Ontap (Storage), Veeam Backup and Replication (Backup/DR), and Microsoft Azure (Public Cloud).
I’m deeply passionate about the Private Cloud strategy, and I strongly believe that robust governance and security frameworks are non-negotiable prerequisites for making smart decisions about where to place your workloads.
